Mendel Cabernet Franc 2018 is made with grapes from our own vineyard located in Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco. This varietal presents fruity aromas such as raspberries, cherries and a spicy side, typical of the variety, which provides freshness and complexity. Its tannins are firm and ripe with a silky texture and great elegance. Mendel Cabernet Franc is an example of what this variety can give in the unique terroir of Paraje Altamira.
